CREDENTIALS TEAM MEMBER ‘25

Joining the team for the 2025 Outside Lands festival, working credentials was my first experience working within the festival world. I am constantly looking for ways to expand my toolbox, and this was another way I could open doors into a new environment. Going in completely new, I had everything to learn about festivals, organization, troubleshooting, and credentials. I was able to learn the TicketOne system to accurately check in every person for their credentials as well as finding new ways to find credentials when they were buried within the system. Though this is my first step into the festival world, this is a part of my portfolio I am always looking to expand and broaden.
